At present, 4 companies in Hongray Group and its subsidiaries are recognized as high-tech enterprises by the government, and they have a total of 42 patented technologies, including 5 patented technologies related to the products and 37 patented technologies related to the production processes and equipment devices.

Hongray Group keeps innovating in the production, raising automation level, improving production efficiency and declining cost, as well as taking fully intelligent automated production as the direction of development meanwhile. The technologies of automatic temperature control, liquid level control, artificial intelligence online inspection, automatic measurement and input of raw materials have been all applied in production lines.

In addition, the factory of NBR Latex has fully used DCS automatic control.


The most advanced domestically automatic packing machine has been installed in multiple nitrile production lines at the moment, realizing the function of automatic packing, sealing and palletizing.
